Windfarm A16
The province of North Brabant has the ambition with Wind Energy A16 to generate 100 percent sustainable energy by 2050, preferably from its own soil. To achieve this, the province, together with the municipalities of Drimmelen, Breda, Zundert and Moerdijk, has taken the initiative to realize wind energy along the A16.
The goal is to build a total of 28 wind turbines on both sides of the highway.
The Windfarm A16 project consists of 14 turbines, of which 8 Vestas and 6 Nordex turbines. The locations of these wind turbines to be realized are divided into four clusters: Windpark Zonzeel, Windpark Nieuwveer, Windpark Galder and Windpark Hazeldonk.
The initiators of this project are: Pure Energy, Eneco, TEC and Nieuwveer BV.
Lighthouse Projects BV provides the complete construction management for all initiators, i.e. the project, contract, technical, permits, site and HSE management for the BoP scope and also the complete construction management for and the WTG scope for Pure Energy, Eneco, TEC.
