Erik Houtepen
Erik Houtepen is an experienced project manager and consultant in the developing-, construction-, and maintenance phase of projects in the renewable energy sector. He has extensive experience in preparing, contracting, and constructing wind farms and solar parks.
Alex Brouwer
Alex started in the renewable energy sector in 2000. With his university background in chemical technology, he started out in bioenergy. Since 2003 he has been involved in developing, contracting, financing, and realizing small and large offshore and onshore wind energy projects.
Caroline Wols
Caroline is the center of Lighthouse Projects. She is the point of contact for your general Questions.
In addition, she takes care of the administrative work, is the administrator of our website, and supports and advises Alex and Erik in all kinds of areas.
Matthijs Jansen
Matthijs was the first member of the Lighthouse team in 2019.
Matthijs is enthusiastic and likes to provide structure within the project. With his proactive attitude, he likes to be the driving force within a project team.
Jeffrey Lapré
From October 1, 2021, Jeffrey started within the Lighthouse team. Jeffrey is an enthusiastic team player who is used to working with different stakeholders and who pursues a goal to efficiently bring a project to a successful conclusion, in which the interests of the project are of paramount importance.
Nic Melsen
Nic started at Lighthouse Projects in 2023. After his study of civil engineering, he worked for a couple of years for a contractor specializing in the construction of civil works for wind farms. Here he started as an implementer and grew into a project manager in onshore wind energy.
